Feeling sluggish and having major headaches led me to realize my addiction to caffeine.  It’s amazing what a few sodas (pops, soda pop, whatever) can do to your health.  Last week I adventured in ditching caffeine, cold turkey.  Yes, thats right.  And let me tell you, it was the worst.  I have never felt that sick from not doing something.  If you decide caffeine needs to take a hike, take a lesson and slowly (not too slow) work away from the caffeine.  You and your body will appreciate it.
